Make sure you’re listed with an agent that knows what they’re doing. Market it all over the internet. Because internet is the power to get that web appeal, the first impression. And then you’re going to get buyers come to the house and you’re going to get multiple buyers. The more people get to look at your house, the better. It’s like going to an auction where there’s only five people show up in bidding on an item versus a hundred people showing up and bidding on that same item.
