Welcome! Here’s a quick update on the Las Vegas and Henderson real estate market for February 2023.

We had 5,805 houses for sale in January, a drop of 10% from December due to sellers changing their minds and taking their houses off the market. As of the second week of February, we have 5,100 houses for sale with more buyers coming in, showing a positive trend towards a normal market. Sales have also increased with over 800 houses sold in February. The median price appreciated to $418,750, stopping the decline of the last five months.
