Today, we’re going to be talking about all the buyers out there, that are contemplating whether they should buy a house now or wait, because for whatever reason, a lot of people thinking that price is going to go down. And the most important things as the buyer out there that are thinking, or wondering, and they’re not a hundred percent concrete ready in their mind, whether they should buy a house. What questions to ask yourself?
Number one, you want to know what’s going on with the home prices. Are these prices going to continue going up? Is it going to stop or is it going to go down? The way it’s been going this year, specifically, had been appreciating. It’s already appreciated on average, about 15%, if not more. It’s great for those who already buy a home, however, people who are waiting on the sidelines as these prices keep appreciating. This is going to end up costing you more money down the line. And the other question you want to ask yourself is mainly, Today’s low interest mortgage rates. Are the mortgage rates gonna last at these low rates forever or for a long time? Who knows this whole year overall, it’s been great. Obviously the government or whoever’s artificially keeping the interest rates low. However, it’s helping all the buyers out there that are taking advantage of these interest rates. And the longer you wait, the chances are, these rates are not going to stay as low as they are right now. And the lower the rate, the more home for you and the cheaper your payments are going to be So it’s a great time to take advantage of those rates as well. And jump on it if you are thinking about buying The third main question, Why homeownership is important to you? The best thing is really it’s the final question that comes down to personal before deciding what is best for you. If you’re renting.
It’s always better to pay your own mortgage versus paying rents. And also home ownership is one of the best way to generate stability in your life for you, your family, and for your future.
